Bhanu Pratap Singh Tanwar

Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer, Interact Group

Bhanu Pratap Singh Tanwar is the Co-founder and CEO of Interact Group, where he sets the company’s vision and drives its growth strategy. Under his leadership, the organisation has grown profitably, built on a strong foundation of data-driven decision-making and operational discipline. Bhanu’s leadership style centres on high agency, empowering young, ambitious talent to take ownership of problems and see them through to real outcomes. He brings a strategic, outward-looking perspective to the business, staying close to industry shifts and emerging trends.

An alumnus of IIT Kanpur, Bhanu began his career as an analyst at Deutsche Bank before co-founding FRND with Harshvardhan Chhangani. He hails from Kota, Rajasthan, and was featured in Forbes India’s 30 Under 30 list in 2022.

Harshvardhan Chhangani

Co-founder & Chief Product Officer, Interact Group

Harshvardhan Chhangani is the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Interact Group, where he leads product, technology, and design. He shapes the organisation’s product vision and its underlying technology stack, ensuring every feature connects innovation with user experience and business goals. Harsh brings precision and rigour to how the product and tech teams operate, pairing strategic foresight with disciplined execution so that every decision ladders up to the company’s long-term direction.

An alumnus of IIT Kanpur, Harsh began his career as a Product Manager at Paytm before co-founding FRND with Bhanu Pratap Singh Tanwar. Outside of work, he’s a keen photographer — an eye for detail that carries over into his approach to product. Harsh was featured in Forbes India’s 30 Under 30 list in 2022.

Shashwat Dwivedi

Chief of Staff, FRND

Shashwat is Chief of Staff at FRND, where he leads product, growth and revenue initiatives. He has been part of FRND’s 250x revenue growth story and has driven the company towards profitability. He works close to the founders on the bets that matter most. He is based in Bangalore.

Outside work, he follows Formula 1 closely and builds small robotics projects at home, most of which end up being tested, and defeated, by his cat.

Shubham Surana

Finance Manager, FRND

Shubham Surana is the Finance Manager at FRND, heading the finance and legal function full-time since June 2024. He sits at the intersection of numbers and law, owning everything from budgeting and P&L management to investor relations, tax, compliance, vendor negotiations, and cost optimisation.

Shubham is a Chartered Accountant, qualified in the November 2020 exam. Before FRND, he trained for three years and later practised as a Chartered Accountant for four years at a CA firm based out of Mumbai.

Tanisha Gagneja

Human Resources, FRND

Tanisha Gagneja has been leading Human Resources at FRND since 2022. Her role spans hiring, onboarding, people operations, administration, and building the organisation’s culture. She has seen the company grow from a team of 15 to 120+ people.

Tanisha was at Mody School Laxmangarh, graduated from Miranda House, University of Delhi, and holds a master’s from Christ University Bangalore.
